Eligibility: Program is for couples or individuals with an annual combined household income of $100,000 or more. Employees of Marriott International Inc., its affiliated and subsidiary companies, and their immediate families, residents of Palm Beach, Brevard, and Miami-Dade County, previous participants in a Marriott Vacation Club promotion to Marriott's Ocean Pointe, a Marriott Vacation Club resort, or Marriott's BeachPlace Towers and current Owners of Marriott Vacation Club properties are ineligible for this offer. Guests may not purchase this preview package if having attended another Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation within the past 12 months. Guests are limited to purchasing 3 preview packages within a lifetime, and may not travel to the same resort on a preview package more than once. Guests may not have more than 1 active package at a time.

Presentation: Attendance at a sales presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes is required with this offer. If married or living together, couples must attend the sales presentation together; individuals may purchase separately. Offer: One offer per family/household, no groups. The retail value of the Preview package is up to $1,480. Retail value of the accommodations is up to $370 per night. No-shows will forfeit package and purchase price. This is an advance purchase package. Purchase must be made with a major credit card. Airfare, transportation, additional expenses and applicable taxes, if any, are not included in this offer. This offer is subject to availability. This offer is nontransferable and purchase price is nonrefundable. You must call and purchase your Preview package by December 31, 2008. Travel must be completed within 12 months of package purchase.

Room Reservation: Accommodations are for up to 2 people in a guestroom. Upgrades may be purchased at time of travel date reservation and are subject to availability. Additional nights are not available for purchase. Alternate accommodations of comparable value may be used, if necessary. A $99 surcharge will apply to guests staying on their package during the following holidays: New Year's, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, and these dates are subject to availability. Reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation or if you have any changes to your reservation, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to your arrival or you will be charged a $99 cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit package and package price. Failure to meet any of the requirements of the details of participation will result in the charge of the retail value of the accommodations.
